1. SHIPPING
1.1 Where we ship from
All orders are shipped from Warsaw, Poland within 2–3 business days of placing your order.
1.2 Shipping options & costs
Shipping costs are added at checkout and depend on the delivery method and destination.
POLAND
- Courier (Poland): €5 - free on all orders €199+
- Local pickup (Warsaw): Broniewskiego 3, Warsaw
EUROPE (selected countries - Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Iceland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Germany, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, United Kingdom, Hungary, Italy, Latvia)
- Courier Europe (selected countries): €10 - free on all orders €199+

1.3 Order processing time
Order processing (crafting / preparation time) depends on the product and is indicated on the product page. Some items may be made-to-order.
1.4 Delivery & tracking
If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. Estimates (when available) are shown during checkout and/or in your shipping confirmation.
1.5 Customs, duties & taxes (outside the EU)
If your delivery address is outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply. These charges are set by local authorities/carriers and are the customer’s responsibility unless we clearly state otherwise at checkout.
1.6 Incorrect address / undeliverable packages
Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may ask you to cover the cost of reshipping.
2. RETURNS
2.1 Return window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
2.2 Return eligibility (condition of the item)
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- unworn and unused,
- returned in the original, undamaged packaging,
- returned with the original tag intact,
- returned with all included elements (packaging, accessories, inserts) in an undamaged condition.
Items that show signs of use (scratches, marks, odors, damage) may not be accepted for return.
2.3 How to start a return
To start a return, email us at office@perunweles.com and include:
- your order number,
- the product(s) you want to return.
We will reply with the return instructions.

2.5 Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a confirmed defect, damage in transit, or our mistake.
We recommend using a trackable and insured service. The customer is responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
2.6 Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method (if the return is approved). Your bank/payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
2.7 Exchanges
If you need a different size or prefer a different item, the simplest option is usually to return the eligible item and place a new order. If you want to request an exchange, contact us and we will advise what is possible.
2.8 Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at office@perunweles.com and include:
- your order number,
- photos/videos of the item and packaging,
- a short description of the issue.
We will propose the best solution (replacement, repair, or refund) in line with applicable consumer law.
