Conditions of Sale
These Conditions of Sale (“Conditions”) apply to all purchases made through the Perun&Weles online store. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. DEFINITIONS
- “Customer” / “you” means the person placing an order.
- “Consumer” means a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
- “Product” means any item offered for sale on our website.
- “Order” means your request to purchase Products.
- “Contract” means the sales contract formed between you and Perun&Weles when we accept your Order.
3. PRODUCTS AND HANDCRAFTED NATURE
3.1. Our products are handcrafted in Poland. Because each piece is made by hand and uses natural gemstones, minor variations in color, pattern, and appearance are normal and are not defects.
3.2. Product photos are illustrative. We aim to represent products accurately, but lighting, screen settings, and natural material variation may cause differences.
3.3. Some silver components may be rhodium- or ruthenium-plated. Normal wear (including micro-scratches or gradual changes in surface finish) can occur over time with use and is not considered a defect.
4. PRICES, CURRENCY, TAXES
4.1. Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
4.2. Any taxes (including VAT, where applicable) are shown at checkout, unless stated otherwise.
4.3. For deliveries outside your customs territory, you may be charged import duties, taxes, or customs fees by local authorities or the carrier. These charges are your responsibility unless we explicitly state otherwise at checkout.
5. ORDER PROCESS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
5.1. You place an Order by selecting Products and completing checkout.
5.2. After placing an Order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not necessarily mean acceptance of your Order.
5.3. The Contract is formed when we accept the Order and confirm dispatch (or otherwise confirm acceptance). If we cannot accept your Order, we will inform you and will not charge you (or will refund you if already charged).
6. PAYMENTS
6.1. We accept payment methods shown at checkout.
6.2. Payment must be completed before the Order is processed and shipped, unless the selected method expressly allows otherwise.
7. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND TRACKING
7.1. Shipping destinations, delivery options, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
7.2. Dispatch time may vary depending on the Product and order volume. If an item is made-to-order or requires additional preparation, we will inform you on the product page and/or in order communication.
7.3. Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking information by email or in your account area.
7.4. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, force majeure events, or incorrect/incomplete delivery information provided by you.
8. TITLE AND RISK
8.1. Ownership of Products transfers to you once full payment is received, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
8.2. The risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery of the Products to the delivery address you provided (or when you, or a third party designated by you, take possession), unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/EEA CONSUMERS)
9.1. If you are a Consumer in the European Union/EEA, you generally have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
9.2. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.
9.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., email). You may use the model withdrawal form in Section 15, but it is not required.
9.4. Effects of withdrawal:
(a) We will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned Product(s), including the standard cost of delivery (if applicable), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
(b) We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
(c) You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us.
(d) You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we state otherwise.
10. EXCEPTIONS TO WITHDRAWAL / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The right of withdrawal does not apply (or may be limited) in cases such as:
- Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized (custom/made-to-order items).
- Any other exceptions provided by applicable law.
If a Product is “custom”, “made-to-order”, personalized, or otherwise marked as non-returnable, this will be indicated on the product page or during checkout.
11. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS (GENERAL)
11.1. Our detailed return procedure is explained in our Return Policy.
11.2. Returned Products must be:
- unused and unworn,
- in original, undamaged packaging,
- with all tags/labels and included accessories,
- free of odors, marks, scratches, or other signs of use.
11.3. If returned goods do not meet these conditions, we may refuse the return or reduce the refund where permitted by law.
11.4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.
12. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
12.1. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at office@perunweles.com and include:
- your order number,
- photos/video of the item and packaging,
- a brief description of the issue.
12.2. We will propose an appropriate remedy in line with applicable law (repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the situation).
13. STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS / CONFORMITY
If you are a Consumer, you have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws regarding lack of conformity/defects. These Conditions do not exclude or limit any mandatory Consumer rights.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions, war, epidemics/pandemics, governmental actions, or customs delays).
15. MODEL WITHDRAWAL FORM (EU/EEA CONSUMERS)
(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)

16. GOVERNING LAW
These Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a Consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
