Return Policy
This Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases made on the Perun&Weles online store.
1. RETURN WINDOW
1.1. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
1.2. If you are a Consumer in the EU/EEA, you may also have a statutory right of withdrawal (see our Conditions of Sale).
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY (CONDITION OF THE ITEM)
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused and unworn,
- returned in its original, undamaged packaging,
- returned with all original tags/labels intact,
- returned with all included accessories (if any),
- free from visible signs of wear, scratches, marks, odors, or damage.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, where permitted by law.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items (including items made to your specifications).
- Items marked “Final Sale” (if such items are offered).
- Gift cards (if offered).
4. HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, email us at office@perunweles.com with:
- your order number,
- the product(s) you want to return,
- the reason for return (optional but helpful).
We will reply with return instructions.
5. WHERE TO SEND RETURNS
Unless we provide a different return address in writing, returns should be sent to:

6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
6.1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake or a confirmed defect/damage.
6.2. You are responsible for the package until it reaches us. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
7. REFUNDS
7.1. After receiving your return, we will inspect the item.
7.2. If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
7.3. Refund timing:
- We aim to process refunds promptly after inspection.
- Depending on your payment provider/bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
8. EXCHANGES
If you want a different size or a different item, the simplest option is usually to return the original eligible item (following this policy) and place a new order.
If you want to request a direct exchange, email us at office@perunweles.com and we will advise what is possible based on stock and timing.
9. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at office@perunweles.com and include:
- order number,
- photos/videos of the item and packaging,
- a short description of the issue.
We will propose an appropriate solution (replacement, repair, refund, or other remedy as required by applicable law).
