If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses to issue a sales document with data other than that indicated when registering or placing an order, please also provide the following:
name and surname or company/institution name – necessary to issue a sales receipt; address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) – necessary to issue a sales receipt; Tax Identification Number – necessary to issue a sales receipt.
Data provided during ordering are processed by perunweles.com and the following entities to the extent specified below:
1. name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address indicated as delivery address are transferred to shipping companies in the form of a label/waybill which is also an order for delivery of the shipment, depending on the selected type of shipment, the following are transferred: UPS, DHL, Fedex
2. the name and surname, address, NIP indicated as data for which the sales document is to be issued are transferred in the form of a sales document to the accounting system: Fakturownia Sp. z o. o. operator of the website fakturownia.pl
In case of payment using an external payment system, all data provided after switching to the payment operator's website remain registered only in its database and are not in any way accessible or stored by perunweles.com.
perunweles.com cooperates with the following payment operators: PayU, the operator of the PayU service.
