If, when placing an order, the Customer selects a delivery to an address other than the address indicated during registration or placing an order, please also provide:
name and surname or name of the company / institution - necessary for us to address the package; address (street, house number / or house and apartment number, zip code and city) - necessary to address the parcel; telephone number to the recipient of the shipment - necessary in the case of choosing some delivery methods (required by carriers).
If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses to issue a sales document for data other than those indicated during registration or placing an order, please also provide:
name and surname or name of the company / institution - necessary to issue a proof of sale; address (street, house number / or house and apartment number, zip code and city) - necessary to issue a proof of sale; NIP number - necessary to issue a proof of sale.
The data provided when placing the order are processed by perunweles.com and the following entities to the extent specified below:
1.name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address indicated as the delivery address are provided to shipping companies in the form of a label / consignment note which is also an order for delivery of the shipment, depending on the selected type of shipment, are transferred to: UPS, DHL, Fedex
2.name and surname, address, tax identification number indicated as the data to which the sales document is to be issued are transferred in the form of a sales document to the accounting system: Infakt sp. Z o. O. The operator of the infakt.pl website
In the case of using an external payment system, all data provided after switching to the payment operator's website remain registered only in its database and are in no way available or stored by perunweles.com.
perunweles.com cooperates with the following payment operators: PayU, the operator of the PayU service.
In the case of using the payment using the external installment system perunweles.com, the store will provide all data, unless they were provided after switching to the installment system, only to the installment system selected by you.
